1、 Product Overview
This experimental platform is based on a Toyota A340E (typical Simpson planetary gear structure) rear drive electronically controlled 4-speed automatic prototype, and consists of three parts: a mobile platform, a torque converter, and an assembly. It is suitable for practical teaching of automatic transmission construction and maintenance in vocational colleges and training institutions, and can meet the teaching needs of intuitive display of the structure and working principle of automatic transmission. The experimental equipment is easy to operate, safe and reliable, and easy to maintain.

4、 Functional characteristics
1. A large area of reasonable deep dissection, with different colors to identify different systems and components, fully demonstrating the external and internal structures of automatic transmissions and accessories;
The torque converter is cut along the weld position and can be disassembled. Expose internal spare parts;
The oil pump, neutral switch, pressure accumulator servo mechanism, brake band, planetary gear, clutch plate, clutch hub, one-way clutch, differential, etc. of the transmission are clearly exposed.
4. The valve body is fixed in a sinking type, which can visually display the solenoid valve and oil drain hole, and clearly see the connection relationship between the valve body and the transmission.
